Packed To The Rafters

If you are lucky enough to have a detached or integral garage with a pitched roof, bear this idea in mind for adding some clever and much needed storage space to it. A garage should predominantly be a safe haven for your car/cars to be locked up at night, if there is any room left after this we like to store more expensive tools and electrical items that we don’t feel comfortable leaving in the shed. All too often though, over time, we start filling them with other items and then before you know it the car is relegated to the driveway pending a good sort out (which we never get around to doing).

We were called to a house on the Harvestfields estate in Sutton Coldfield where our customer wanted some extra garage storage space which he could easily access, the results are here for you to see……

Our customer was thrilled with the end result. He gained 120sq ft of well lit, extra storage space for his tools and personal effects. We also fitted an Abru ‘Easy-Stow’ loft ladder to make accessing his new storage space effortless. And most of all, his car is back in it’s rightful place – the garage. Here are some more images and what our customer had to say afterwards……..

Many thanks for the work you done yesterday for me…..I am extremely happy with how it has turned out and what you have done. I think I selected the correct position for my ladder after all. Cheers for the light and the switch. Really appreciate it mate.

I am surprised how much room there is for storage up there and that I can actually stand up in it.

I shall highly recommend you
